Naming a Feeling
Social-emotional learning is what we pay attention to at Kittelfdora. In the Garden of Feelings a child looks at a face, guesses the feeling, and gives it a name, then goes and makes that face in a mirror. What we set out to build is a corner where naming a feeling is ordinary and fun. We don't claim more than that. Sections that play with numbers and with nature are meant to join this corner over time.
