Behind the harvest bustle, this is a quiet game of listening and sorting. All of Grandpa Barnaby's clues sit on screen as little picture chips; your child taps any one to hear it, in any order and as often as they like, and works out whose basket, cup, and scarf is whose, at their own pace. Check that the sound is on before you hand this over; every clue is spoken, never written. There's no score and no clock, and nothing to read except two short button labels in The Starlight Feast; a miss simply drifts back to the tray, ready for another listen.
Sunny Baskets suits first-timers around 4 and 5. At that age it's honestly a listen-and-match game: one clue, one move, and that's the point. Cocoa and Scarves fits most 6 and 7 year olds and adds a first "not this one" clue, always shown in the picture as well as the voice. The Starlight Feast is for 8 and 9 year olds, with clues that build on each other and a little notebook for keeping track of hunches.
